My friend Rita Di Ghent put out a record recently. She was nice enough to ask me to play on it and I was more than happy to and am very proud to have been a part of it. If you’re reading this, you should her out @ www.myspace.com/ritadighent
I met Rita several years ago when she happened to be at a gig I was sitting in on and enjoyed my playing. That was compliment enough for me! Rita and I became friends and worked together on a few things and I am very flattered that she made me a part of her new record. Last week I received a copy of it in the mail and it is one of the coolest records I’ve heard in a long time. She has a totally unique sound and I hope that anyone reading this gets themselves a copy. She’s for real!

Hello all, I’m writing more songs for my next record! This is a good thing in my eyes, although it will push back when the album actually comes out, but hopefully you’ll still be interested in it by then. I’m open to title suggestions; don’t be shy.
Next month I’ll be playing a solo show in Bracebridge, ON at the Griffin Pub. I’m particularly excited as I will be playing mostly original material from both my first record and unreleased new stuff. I’m looking forward to meeting some new people and possible celebrities in cottage country. If Goldie Hawn is reading this, the show will be on the 21st of March. That is also a good thing.
As well I intend to make my news updates much more frequent to keep those of you reading interested in what might be exciting or generally interesting to me in the world.
